Shipping policy

All pieces are handmade in Vancouver, WA and will ship within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise listed. Custom  orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and shipping will vary.  If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Upon ordering, you will receive

  • An order confirmation email 
  • A notification with tracking number once your item has shipped
  • An out for delivery notice
  • Delivery confirmation email

All items will ship USPS first class, which typically takes about 2-5 days when shipped.

Return policy

I want you to be completely in LOVE with your jewelry! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, no problem… it happens. I will gladly accept  items for return within 14 days after the order has been delivered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  and original shipping costs are not refunded. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging. Please emily@jewelrylush.com to begin the return process and a return label will be emailed to you.

Once the returned item is received and inspected your refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the return payment to process.

Repair Policies

Let’s hope we never need this! But… If a piece of jewelry gets damaged and you need a repair, please email me at emily@jewelrylush.com with a description of what happened and photos of the damage. Prices for repairs vary and are assessed on a case by case basis (simple repairs are typically free of charge). Buyer is responsible for repair/shipping costs.  I will do my best, but signs of improper care may prevent me from being able to do the repair (Check out the Jewelry Care section under FAQs to keep your jewelry in ship shape). Repairs are subject to level of damage, stone and metal availability. I do reserve the right to decline any repair request. Ultimately, I just want you to love your jewelry so feel free to contact me anytime time with questions.
